Mr. Selwood
My name is Graham Selwood and it is my pleasure to welcome your child to my classroom for a wonderful year of learning. I have primarily been teaching the younger grades and have worked with grade 1, 2, 3 and 4 students in my past teaching assignments.
Students will be pushed to become critical thinkers and effective communicators as we navigate our way through the grade 5 curriculum. In addition to teaching grade 5 I am also teaching grades 4, 5, 6 and 7 Physical Education.

Parent Tips
A family atmosphere prevails at our school with the education of your child being a shared responsibility. We encourage your interest in what your child does each day and welcome your involvement in the classroom, school council and at home.

Please remind your child to practice their home reading on a regular basis. (30 minutes a day 6 days a week is a great place to start!)
